Registration
Complete the 2012 Registration Form and mail to our address with your $100 per child non-refundable deposit check to:

Registration begins February 1, 2012. Space is limited to the first 120 registrants per session. You will receive confirmation of your registration by letter or email.
TUITION
$100 deposit per child due with Registration Form.
Remaining balance due by May 15, 2012:

One 2-week session - $400 (first child) $375 (siblings)

Two 2-week sessions - $775 (first child) $775 (siblings)

Three 2-week sessions - $1175 (first child) $1175 (siblings)
Lunch and Snacks
Provide a sack lunch that does not require refrigeration. Mad Hatter Arts Camp will provide a healthy mid-morning snack. Please make us aware of any food allergies.
Attire
Please dress your children in comfortable play clothes appropriate painting and active play.
